All the articles that appear on the website are for sale. All articles made of leather in our workshop that appear on the website will be made only on request so as not to compromise the quality of these products and to guarantee that the customer receives a product with finishes in accordance with our quality standards. If the item you want is not in stock at the moment, you can choose to notify you as soon as we re-stock that item. You can also place your order by phone by calling +34 985 134 421 between 09:00 and 15:00 from Monday to Friday or by writing by WhatsApp at +34 654 953 872. You can place your order in our e-shop on 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All our descriptions, photographs and illustrations are to be understood as informational material. When making your order for the first time you will be asked to fill out a form containing your details. The price includes the current VAT. The order will only be valid once the payment of the total amount of your purchase has been formalized. Payment must be made in € by card payment, PayPal, deferred payment or transfer to the account number that we will provide in our customer service telephone service.
Currently, our online store distributes to Europe, America, Oceania and the Middle East. Our sales in Asia are currently restricted. Products that we have in stock and are not made to order in the online store are delivered in 24-48 hours (Shipments to the peninsula) Canary Islands and Balearic Islands in 72 hours. Other items are manufactured only to order, generally leather products made in our artisan workshop (bags and accessories and some items from our New Interiors collection). Please contact us for the delivery time. The terms may vary depending on the number of orders, the date or the availability of the materials.
Packaging and transportation
Our products are made with the utmost love and care. Store your product in your RELIQUIAE dust bag. Please be aware international customers will be responsible for paying the custom fees.
A courier service is included in your purchase order. Should the package be damaged, please open it in the presence of the courier and check if the product is in good condition. If damaged, please fill in the delivery note and contact customer service.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you are welcome to return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt except with personalised custom made orders. Please reuse the original packaging with tags, user care guides, certificates of authenticity and any documentation along with the unused product and contact us to arrange the return.
Alternatively, you can exchange the product for another of the same price amount. We are not responsible for any missing, damaged, used or dirty products. Returns and exchanges must be made by the cardholder if different from the recipient. We recommend you to insure your package for the full value of contents. Online personalised or pre-reserved special orders will not be returned or exchanged.
Intellectual property terms and conditions
RELIQUIAE ESPAÑA brand, trademarks, illustrations, photographs, logos and digital downloads are property of Héctor Jareño Amieva, our designer. Its total or partial use without expressed authorization is strictly prohibited.
Delays or non-compliance
RELIQUIAE ESPAÑA is not responsible in any way for any delays or failure to comply with our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control such as: fortuitous events, riots, strikes, natural disasters, government intervention, failures, omissions, wrong or misspelled addresses.
