Product care faqs
Reliquiae only uses the highest quality of leather lovingly treated and it may show natural authentic marks, which are not imperfections but a sign that the item will last a lifetime. Its natural colour may slightly darken in contact with direct sunlight. To keep your product in perfect condition, we recommend protecting it from rain and moisture. Leather has not been waterproofed, therefore it may lose its natural highlights and lightly stain. We recommend avoiding prolonged periods of time in contact with products which may damage the colour as it will not be considered a valid reason to neither return the product nor get any reimbursement. Please do not use suede bags with light coloured fabrics nor chemical products to clean it.
Our online store distributes to Europe, America, Asia and the Middle East. Please note shippings to Asia are restricted and may exceed standard delivery times. Some products and limited edition lines are exclusively manufactured upon request. Terms may vary depending on the order, date or material availability.
We guarantee delivery within 24 hours upon payment confirmation in Mainland Spain and within 72 hours in the Canary and Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. We deliver in Central Europe within 3 working days. Deliveries to Romania, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Bulgaria take 6 to 8 working days. Deliveries to the USA take up to 5 days to the main gateway cities but may vary depending on customs regulations. Please note additional custom charges are expected to be fulfilled by the customer and we expedite orders for an additional cost. Packaging and transportation
Our products are made with the utmost love and care. Store your product in your RELIQUIAE dust bag. Please be aware international customers will be responsible for paying the custom fees.
A courier service is included in your purchase order. Should the package be damaged, please open it in the presence of the courier and check if the product is in good condition. If damaged, please fill in the delivery note and contact customer service.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you are welcome to return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt except with personalised custom made orders. Please reuse the original packaging with tags, user care guides, certificates of authenticity and any documentation along with the unused product and contact us to arrange the return.
Alternatively, you can exchange the product for another of the same price amount. We are not responsible for any missing, damaged, used or dirty products. Returns and exchanges must be made by the cardholder if different from the recipient. We recommend you to insure your package for the full value of contents. Online personalised or pre-reserved special orders will not be returned or exchanged.
Intellectual property terms and conditions
RELIQUIAE ESPAÑA brand, trademarks, illustrations, photographs, logos and digital downloads are property of Héctor Jareño Amieva, our designer. Its total or partial use without expressed authorization is strictly prohibited.
Delays or non-compliance
RELIQUIAE ESPAÑA is not responsible in any way for any delays or failure to comply with our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control such as: fortuitous events, riots, strikes, natural disasters, government intervention, failures, omissions, wrong or misspelled addresses.
